As a Precision Agricultural Specialist, you have a unique opportunity to pioneer and shape the precision agricultural technology market in your territory. Your role involves selling and supporting our portfolio of products, and understanding how they can be applied across various product families and farm business operations. Duties & Responsibilities:• Understand, position, and sell our Precision Ag portfolio, services, and solutions to new and existing customers within the assigned territory.• Execute proper sales pipeline and processes set forth by the company.• Work to achieve monthly-quarterly-annual sales targets.• Conduct product demonstrations of the features and benefits combined with solutions offerings.• Attending company sales & service meetings, tradeshows and training events as required. • Update our CRM daily.• Travel throughout your territory, as instructed by the position’s demands. (US travel may be required.)• Effectively operate company-supplied equipment and vehicles safely and professionally.• Perform [specific product support and documentation processes, e.g., troubleshooting, preparing user manuals, etc.].• Perform installations of products and provide support and service for all repairs and diagnostics in your assigned geography.• As a precision agricultural specialist, your role extends beyond regular business hours. You will be providing crucial after-hours support during high-demand seasons across your assigned region. This demonstrates the trust we place in our team members and the integral role you will play in our operations
Key requirements:• Minimum of 2 years of Precision Agriculture experience or a similar agriculture-type role.• Agriculture background, on-farm, or working in a farm support service role.• Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics.• Participate in our [specific field-based processes, e.g., on-site product installations, customer training, etc.] and complete assigned tasks and scheduling as needed.• Maintain high standards of accountability and autonomy in all job-related responsibilities.• Willingness to travel and have a valid driver's license and other company policies.• Equipped with essential tools. All specialized tooling related to the position, such as [specific tools, e.g., GPS equipment, sensors, etc.], will be provided.
